Get to Know Us
When creating Betty Lou's I wanted to make something that felt like a warm hug. I wanted a place where you could get a cool cocktail but also have a meal your grandmother would make. So that's what we did.
This place wasn't built by contractors or manufactured. It is a place where Me (Meredeth), my friends, and family put in work. From the scratch kitchen and inventive cocktail program to the hand painted chairs and thrifted China, we are in every detail of this place and that's what makes it so special.
